This international coffee chain aim at giving the consumer an 'immersive experience'.
Starbucks will join the list of brands like Nike, Gucci, Taco Bell, McDonalds who have recently entered Metaverse.
This loyalty program 'Odyssey' will also have an interactive games which will enable users to collect digital badges.
And those badges can be traded on blockchain tho unlock benefits like a virtual espresso martini making class.
This Starbucks' Odyssey program will be launched later this year.
Starbucks executive said 'Our vision is to create a place where digital community can engage in immersive experience'.
